Placing an Order 

 To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information. If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at info@galaspr.com.

 
Our Return Policy

 

 At Galas we are committed to making your event a success. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise. However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund, with the exception of personalized products, perishable merchandise, special order items, samples and personalized ribbon.

All cake jewelry is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable.

We will only accept returns within 14 days of the time you receive your order. Merchandise must be in it's original packaging

 

Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.

 

How To Return Items

 

Please call us at (787)585.0505 to receive a RA (Return Authorization) number. We cannot accept any returns that do not have a RA number on the return mailing label.

 

For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged and uninsured.

 Canceling Your Order

  

If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you just placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt.

 

Damaged/Missing Items

 

On rare occasions some items may arrive damaged or may be missing. You should count and examine the entire shipment upon receipt. Please contact us immediately and we will see to it that the items are replaced. You must save the damaged merchandise and packaging for a possible claim by us with the carrier. You must report any damage or missing items to us within 7 days.

 

Shipping Time


All orders placed using a credit card are processed, packed, and shipped out of our warehouse within 5 business days.


Delivery time after that depends on your location and can take an additional 2 to 7 business days.


All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless other arrangements are made.

 

If you need your order expedited please call us for pricing on rush deliveries. We can be reached between the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm at (787) 585.0505.

 

Personal Checks and Postal Money Orders are shipped as soon as the checks have cleared.


Personalized Items

 All personalized items take up to 10 business days to process before they are shipped out of our warehouse.
